Pandora Tomorrow speaking. I have played through the Halo campaign numerous times, both in single player and co-operative mode and i think personaly that it is much more fun to play co-operative. What do you think?

I've also played campaign mode numerous times on numerous difficulty settings both on my own and in co - op.
For new players I would suggest playing alone first simply to get the layout because more than one player can get confusing if someone isn't communicating. So at least you'd have the advantage of knowing whats in store for you if you'd played the game in single mode first.

I agree. However, if you have a good player, and you work together instead of trying to do it all yourself, then its amazing how the game is moved to a new level

For people who absolutely don't know what their doing it's better for them to play co-op. So that if they need help from the other player they can get it.

but having two people means double the firepower. Its just a shame that you can only have two people playing co-op instead of four

Here

Anyway its more fun to play through the Campain first alone, once you've completed the game its more fun to play with a friend.

Co-op all the way!
It opens the game up excellently- with two of you you can flank the enemy, pincer move them, and generally have a laugh. And its so glorious when you're in a warthog each, laden with marines cruising about kicking ass. (I'm thinking Silent Cartographer here)
The only problem with co-op is the inevitable argument about who gets the sniper rifle whenever you find one......

Everyone I have played Co op with, have been... unreliable.
One of my friends only throw grenades when one of is close to the enemys. Which usually is me. And he shoots me constantly.
Another of my friends always starts to kill me.
My sister is quite good to play with, but she has a hard time catching up with me and often gets lost. And she often kill me 'by mistake'. At least she is honest. Everyone else just kills me for the fun of it.

the only thing better than desecrating an alien planet is doing it with your best friend to kick ass on side of you

definately co-op, so much more fun, aslong as you dont turn on each other, but this one time, i was hittin the dead elite and my mate went through a check-point thing and i respawned right behind him and wacked him in the back of the head, it was really funny

I like Campaign because I don't have to worry about someone else's life, even though the technique of regaining health on Co-op.

Smoke604 has it right. Youre more open to strategic moves with one extra buddy than you are with just yourself. Imagine 4 Player Co-Op now.
