Unfortunatly, I can't because I don't have Live, but I'll try to explain the area a bit better.
One of the locations is in the area where you start Buck's first mission. It is also where the firefight level "Crater" takes place. If you can find that one, you can look at your map and find another area that looks identical (It's also almost right next to it).
Once you get there, you'll be at the top of some stairs. To see the super SI glyph go down the stairs and turn around and go under the stairs. To see the "ACCESS" button go down the stairs and continue forward until you are under the stairs on the opposite side. Both the super SI glyph and the button are on the center section of their corrosponding back walls. The 2 plazas are identical in formation and both have the SI glyph and the button.
I don't know if that helped or not...
I personally can build a decent enough mental picture, thanks for the information!

OK, things I've noticed.
There are three Stonehenges. The three of them form a triangle. In the center of that triangle is the Elite massacre (where Buck asks about the civil war.)
That's definitely interesting, and seems to me like it was on purpose. I'm going to see what I can dig up about Stonehenge, and figure out if there is anything about it that is being overlooked. From my understanding, things Stonehenge is thought to be is a calender, a burial ground, and for some reason I'm thinking a portal... Or something like that, I'll look around.

Where I've seen the SI signs (the Y with the Super's face), they've all been pointing down with the exception of the ones that are ON the datacenter. SI is underground.
Also, If I remember correctly (I wasn't actually playing this part, my friend's were), when you are doing Data Hive, you start pretty far north in the city and then travel under ground pretty far south. Perhaps SI's Data Center is in the center of the three stonehenges? They would be ancient Markers to what is under the Data Center which would be the Ark portal.
That observation is correct in the majority of cases. There are a few that are not pointing down, but definitely it would appear the majority are. The SI could well be buried in the center of the Stonehenge rooms... However, the center of the Ark Portal is located between New Mombasa, which is where ODST takes place, and the town of Voi which is part of Halo 3. So potentially it is a part that extends off of the center of the Portal, or it is something entirely different but forerunner none the less...

What's the deal with the area around Dare's Drop Pod. There are four giant stones there too but nothing in particular strikes me when I hang out near them.
Has anyone tried lighting up all of the lamps around the stonehenge area at the same time? (Using multiple people of course).
Also, I don't know if it's possible but has anybody tried having three different people at the three stonehenge sites? They seem pretty close together and especially if Bungie was trying not to break the system by having three people really far apart.
To my knowledge nobody has tried to light up all the lamps at one time, and to my knowledge nobody has had three people standing in the centers of the Stonehenge rooms. Perhaps one must stand in the dark sector's Stonehenge room as well? If it's possible that is.

Later, while looking around Dare's crash site, there's a sign in the plaza on the left (while looking down at the pit). It's the only one working and it says "Connection Lost" or something like that. On Easy it says it on both sides while on legendary it'll say that on one side and then on the other it'll say "ACCESS DENIED - Proper Authorization Required 1.3442.9390.10"
This definitely seems a bit interesting, and is something that stands out... It, to me, seems like the SI is trying to give one of his broken clues. If the "Proper Authorization" is found this area could become quite useful, could you by chance get any screenshots of the sign?

In reference to engineers.
At the beginning when you meet your first engineer as the rookie you see it being held by brutes while they are planting a bomb on the engineer. Anyway to stop it/have a different affect if a new approach was taken?
After Halo 3 we saw a few scripted events take place in the game, one can be witnissed on Crow's Nest. Upon entering a tunnel you see a Warthog that within seconds is blown up by a plasma grenade, another case is on the Ark I believe, where you get lots of tanks. I forget which group of people, but they held contests to see who could break the scripted events, and they did...
So what does that tell us? Scripted events can be stopped and in the past have altered gameplay, not in such a way that this potentially does but even so. If it's possible to stop the arming of the Engineers bomb, then maybe he is key or at least a key in unlocking part of this mystery.

This is a continuation of my exploration on page 5 if your interested.
I watched the video of my exploration of Sinoviet Courtyard, and I noticed a few things that I had previously missed.
The brutes came for me from a huge distance away. They started coming when I fired my weapon at a Phantom as it flew overhead. Shortly after I killed them I went to go look for health packs to no avail. This is when I detached the camera to look for other odities about the city. I had already detached the camera during the video once before. Earlier I noticed for the first time, a Phantom that had crashed into a building. However, this time it was missing.
Also, all of the health pack kiosks only disapeared after I went back to the BELIEVE marking.
Enimies tend to respawn right outside while you are standing in Sinoviet Courtyard.
Is this helping anybody at all?
Thanks for the follow up! First off we learn that quirks do occur in the game, why the brutes were dropped from such a long distance away is peculiar... Secondly what rings a bell is the crashed Phantom. After it had disappeared was there a gaping hole left? Maybe we could get up into it, I think it would depend on how many Phantoms there are crashed into a building. If there are many, then probably not the case, if there is only this one, it potentially can be a clue... Even a land mark.
And you got confirmation on health pack kiosks disappearing upon visiting the BELIEVE marking.
Also I think you witnissed one of the first instances of a respawn in Mombasa Streets, interesting. And yes it helps, rules out possibilities and such things in the very least.

Ok, new find.
The "super SI glyph" I have been talking aboutm I believe it does NOT appear at Dare's crash site, but the "ACCESS" button is still there.
Also, the other "mirror" plaza is covered in glyphs, like dozens of them. It's the only place in the game that has lots of glyphs but doesn't point to a mission or audio log (I believe). It seems strange to me that the plaza would be covered in glyphs if there was nothing there...
That is strange. I'll look into it later and see what I find.
Definitely strange, do post if anything else stands out!
