It's always been a goal of mine to work for a gaming company, and especially Bungie in particular. To that end I've focused on excelling C/C++ and taking personal time to become very comfortable wtih Windows API such as OpenGL and DirectX (by making games with them, of course). Also, I've been making maps with map editors, and creating meshes in 3dStudio Max to familarize myslef with all sides of game creation (man! uvw mapping is a _PAIN_).
I'd apply in a second for one, or more of those job opennings, but I currently have but two years completed of my 4 year degree for a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Computer Software, and naturally, I must finish what I start.
Hmm, looking at the job page though, I see that none of the positions require a University Degree... Would Bungie consider hiring a programmer without a Univeristy Degree? (I hope this question makes it on the Weekly What's Update, I really want to know...).
