Do you think that all bungie groups should have a mod in them to keep things neat?

Oh, ummm, by mod you mean the mods on the public forums?

  • 06.30.2005 7:44 PM PDT

Chapters/Groups are independent(mostly). What goes on in there is of the chapters' own consent. If something gets extremely out of hand, then, it is ok to report.

The moderators probably wouldn't mind going through all 60,000 groups just to make sure they were ok.

You do realize you can assign your own mod in your group, non the less you can do it yourself.

Wait, you start a poll, just to give an indefinite answer to a non issue?

I mean, that's cool and all, but you know...

im saying it depends on the situation, because i know alot of groups that are not just for posting on the forums. and im not talking about the mods from these forums.

Chapter Founders Bungie's Group Support
Mob of Angry Peasants

The whole point of groups is so you can have a forum to mod yourself. However if you stumble upon a group which violates the terms of agreements(i.e. Racist Name such as -blam!- Bunige) then it is probibly best to report it to Acronos.

However if you are talking about the guys who you gave full controll privs to only to have them destroy your group then shame on you we have already warn you thrice and reminded you four more times on top of that!

Bungie has no responsibility for groups. It is up to the group founder to decide how to moderate their group.

Chairleg Productions presents: 'Console Wars' and 'Games as Art?' (also on Halo Waypoint).

I'm sorry i'm still confused. As has been said, groups are nothing to do with the main forums. You can assign mods in groups to set tasks sure.....
