It is a great community for the hardcore gamer.
Tell them Mongerty sent you

The rift between those who think that Halo 2 will be releasedon Aug. 24 and those who think the others are idiots has deepened.
The community is almost equally divided over this topic and everyone needs to just settle down over it. There are rants from people who think ilovebees.com is a waste of time.
There are also those who won't stop posting about how "Awesome" this new development is.
Why can't we all get along and go back to when we were all just happy with the updates???

We're almost like family. We get along some days and we don't. So there is no point in trying to stop it. It will eventually die down. I bet halo 2 is going to be released on the 24th anyways.

A lot of people dont understand that it will take more then that time to get all the shipments out across the world.. You could be right though... Slim possibility

Unless of course, like some people say, the updates were made like 3 months earlier (or a little less/more) than the game might be packaged and ready to go. But I, like everyone else on these forums, have no clue as to what really will happen.

It just doesn't make sense that they would have all of the marketing for Nov. 9th, and then turn it to August 24th. Not that I wouldn't mind though.

Does anyone know how stupid that would be to release on August 24th? If Bungie were to give us warning of it coming then, maybe it would be ok, but for know one to know until it "actually comes out", That's just stupid on their part! (with an official word from Bungie, NOT WHAT YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN!) Most kids are going to school then! (except me and a few other schools) On November 9th, no one is going to be going to school (who likes halo2) ugh, it's hard to explain... it's just dumb on both Bungies and Microsofts part (yes, I'd love to have halo2 here early too, but it's just not going to happen...)

Personally, I don't care about the stupid bees. I'll just wait and see what happens when the countdown hits 0. I just wish that everyone would stop making pointless threads about it. Why do people continue to make new threads when there is a thread with 4500+ posts on the same topic?

Because no sane person wants to read 6000+ posts to see if what they have discovered or the question they want to ask have already been found or answered.
