Yeah.. but you've proved you cant count. Multiple times.

You've proven you don't know what an exaggeration is.

And you realize flaming back is an equally bannable offense? Oh wait, you're too stupid to know that. In that case, keep it up!

I do. We'll see!

1+1=2 btw.

O really? And the derivative of COS(X^3) is 3X^2(SIN)(X^3).

You know if I walked away, you would just kcik and scream to yourself. You would be all alone...how sad. Enjoy your pathetic life.

I do push-ups, sit-ups, and curl weights while searching for games. What's the need for a game inside a game?

It would also make it laggy.

Again.. this is the internet. You cant walk anywhere. THIS ISNT REALITY.. I know you wish it was, but in this case you're safer this way.

This idea is cool, it doesnt need enough xbox power, and it could help to relax for a while. It would be cool if you could see some type of screenshots in a pre game loby, or a mini game, etc..

Ahh proof that there is intelligent life out there! Yeah it would help with passing the time. Not sure if full-on games would work or if simple trivia would be better.. but either would be better than nothing.

i agree with jesus freak. creating some sort of small game needs just as much loading as any other game. If you make too many things happen the game wont show lag but your search is slowing down to load said reactions for the 'mini' game.

But it wouldnt be on the internet.. could be loaded onto the hardrive and cycle through trivia questions.

They had something like that in some of the DBZ games. Like you could move stuff around during the loading screen, but in a matchmaking lobby? Besides the fact that the lobby takes seconds to load the map and seconds to start a game, adding a mini-game could have unwanted effects. I don't exactly know what they could be, but you never know.

Or trivia. Would be the easiest. Or simple target practice.

Whether the game is on the internet or not it will still slow it down. What does it take to get that through your skull. Your xbox is loading multiple things at the same time making it slower especially since one of those things requires the internet. It is the same thing as a computer. On a computer if too many things are running at the same time your computer will probably slow down dramatically. This same concept applies to your Xbox.

i'm basing my response to your original idea.
An ingame game would create too many disturbances to the search.
There already are bungie favorites to look at while you wait. and once you are in the game lobby there are the file shares you could cycle through to pass the time.

  • 10.14.2009 7:33 PM PDT

or you could be a jerk and send trash talk messages to the teams you beat and your bad teammates, because nothings says tough like a mean message with a TV screen between the two of you!

/sarcasm

Here is the thing, even looking at file shares and bungie favorites slows down the search

Maybe they could add an special menu.

You could start the mini-game ( or trivi =P), and then they could add a botton like "Press X to join game". This could be pretty usefull, and fun (If you dont want this sort of game or trivia, you dont have to play it, you can disable it in the options menu, and enable it too)

That might would be better to satisfy everyone, those who disagree with it could like you said disable it and those who agree with it could enable it.

just there being any extra content as jesus said slows the search in some way. it could even restart your search.

Says the guy who does not, nor has he ever, worked for a company that has anything to do with gaming, software, computers, or anything remotely close to anything that would ever give him any sort of factual information about the topic at hand. Thanks for the replies though!
