EDIT: Ah, I see that you've edited. Very good.

Locusts have extreme range but are large and not too quick, they could work in multiplayer or at least be balanced enough for campaign.

I say make Locusts forgable, but do not include them in MM. Same goes with the AA Wraith and the Cobra.

Put them in campaign, where they would be fun to fight against. I think they are too big for multiplayer.
