"Go then, there are other worlds than these."

Only one gameplay aspect that I can think of that hasn't changed in any respect AFAIK: Crouching.

Yes, but it's been pointed out before that their appearance changed radically from the first game. Replay it and see for yourself.

Im pretty handy with those assassinations.

The names- UNSC, Covenant, Marines, Spartan... it's a lengthy list.

You just lost the game.

Bungie's need to put one weapon of pwnage(not including the sniper rifle) each game. Halo 1: the M6D pistol, Halo 2 and 3: the Br, Halo 3 ODST: the auto mag(may be useless against brute shields, but is the best against grunts and jackles. I don't think halo wars should be included, since it wasn't made by bungie and is an RTS.

According to who?

The Scorpion and Scarab have remained tools of massive destruction since day one to present. I don't expect that to change, either.

  • 10.18.2009 5:17 PM PDT

Is this supposed to be a game? Do you know the answer or something? Because I think it's fairly obvious that nothing has stayed the same...

I'm not talking about cannon. I'm talking about in terms of gameplay changes. Halo Wars is an RTS and not be included in the comparing pf gameplay changes.

The identity of Spartan-117.

Actually technically not because he was originally a cyborg like soldier in halo CE and has since changed to a human spartan trained super soldier with biological enhancements.

The frag grenade, that thing is legit.
halo CE had a different grenade

and Johnson, Cortana, and Chief weren't in Wars

halo wars not made by bungie and if you want to include that game then there is nothing that has stayed the same

I'm actually not

"In Halo's twenty-sixth century setting, the player assumes the role of the Master Chief, a cybernetically enhanced "SPARTAN" super-soldier."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo_(video_game)

If you actually read the books and pay attention to the procedure there is no cybernetic enhancements he remains completely human but do to chemical enhancements which augment his reflexes to be quicker and his bones to be nearly unbreakable, among other things he becomes the super soldier we know and love to kill aliens with. I own every book and they are in my room if you have any actual proofs against my own i would honestly love to see them just reply here or send me a message. Thanks :)

The sniper rifle never changed. The human sniper, dont get a pissy saying "Well the Beam Rifle wasn't in Halo CE!" The human sniper rifle.

Scope Changes.

Oh yeah, the Halo CE scope on the outside had a wierd curving line. Other than that it is the same but because there is that change it does not qualify.

What about the Pelicans? Spark satyed the same to didn't he?

Im pretty handy with those assassinations.

i the book, they way they explained his alterations was much like wolverine's. They grafted a ceramic plating to his bones to harden them against the force multiplication of the MJOLNIR armor. His muscle density was increased to put the movements of the armor into force and his eyesight and reaction time altered, to improve his overall performance in the suit on the battlefield.
