one sword kills in one hit already. why do you need two?

I think we should play as goro (from mortal kombat) and four wield hammers!

WHY DO WE NEED TWO!!!!!.....TO be cool lol

It's already hard enough to survive with one sword... so why do we need two?

Its things like this that make a Machinima mode necessary- dualing swords or other things would look cool and maybe even be fun w/ some freinds- but would suck for gameplay. I'd only recommend it for Machinima purposes.

1.Arkham Asylum, 2.Mass Effect, 3.Halo CE, 4.Mass Effect 2, 5.Halo 2, 6.Splinter Cell Double Agent, 7.Gears of War 2, 8.Medievil, 9.Oblivion, 10.Crash Team Racing

If there would be 2 seperate reticles, like I think every dual wielded weapon should have, this could work.

Basically 2 swords allows you to hit 2 people, or swing the same person twice. As a drawback the overall strength could be slightly weaker + no grenades.

*Thinking of Ninja Gaiden* Dual swords isn't pointless.

SAS Halo 3

Even though it looks kool, We're not EVEN sure we will be able to use Energy Swords or Fuel Rod Guns.

Why?

Since In Halo:CE those to Weapons had a Destroy funtion if they were dropped. :)

Halo:Reach Before Halo CE.

So, Energy Sword might not be Usable in HaloReach. :(

I was unaware your controller had 3 thumbsticks.

2 reticles wont work, it would look so stupid to shoot. Gameplay reasons would be shocking. The reticle is in the middle for a reason, it's your centre of vision.

I agree, it can create more advance Sword play with different combinations to out smart your opponent, rather then pressing B over and Over again in Halo 3.

I hope we can't do that, because dude, what's the point? But I wish Elite Enemies in Reach can totally do that.

I don't need 2 sticks for it. Just 1 stick to move both.

I believe that dual wielding swords could work. There wouldn't need to be any drastic game play changes to the existing sword mechanic already established. The sword mechanic would work in the same way, except for you could pull the left trigger immediately after your first swing to give you a second quick swing. This would not overpower this combination as the usefulness of it would only show itself where the original single sword is already powerful and it would obviously take away your option to throw grenades. For me as well as many others, this has been a dream for some time now, ever since I saw a dual sword wielding elite kill a brute in the Halo 3 ViDoc "Et Tu Brute". Although I doubt that Bungie will implement this in the game, I believe it would be awesome and could work.

I'm 23, I have a house, dog, girlfriend, job and I have no interest in any fanboyism so if you're thinking about sending me a childish PM, don't be surprised when I don't call back.

I'd love to be a 10 year old and tell my mom I'm going on an adventure out into the world catching Pokemon, with her full support. Never mind the fact that there are rapists, criminals, and murders out there, or the fact that I may get killed by a Pokemon.

Luckily I have Pikachu.
