Subject: Bungie please don't renew your liscense with McFarlane for Halo...

BOOM DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bungie please don't renew your liscense with McFarlane. Their figures are low quality, often come damaged or deffective, and break easily. Please get a liscense with a company who actually puts some work into their figures so they can be posed and put on a shelf or be moved often, not put in a trash can or junk pile.

No....they don't. I don't really think they care, either. The games are where most of their money is made. The figurines...not so much.

You obviously don't understand these "action" figures are collectables, not toys........adults do buy them.

Check out my Gaming Rig on EVGA Mod Rigs.

I'm 24 and have MC figures from many different series. Even a limited Master Chief Evolution Set and RC Warthog.. Personally I don't buy any other game figures only Halo and have been collecting them for some time.

I really couldn't speak for quality OOB because they are still packaged sitting together.

Well, I'm not sure how you guys use collectibles, but I set them on a shelf, and leave 'em be. Don't touch them, they don't break.

Dr. Gelato, MD.

I'd probably still play with action figures in general if I could afford them and be spared the humility of having them.

405th Lurker Extraordinaire

I know plenty of people who buy these figures for costuming references. These figures really aren't THAT bad. Have you seen the old Joyride Halo figurines? Now those were bad!

lol "rocket surgery".
I wasn't trying to insult people or anything, I was actually serious. I really thought the craze of action figures died down.

I've got a few. Cheap as free at the Wal-Mart near me, much as I despise shopping at the Wal-Mart. I never grew up, I just got older. Don't make fun of action figures!

We must save your sergeant, I love him

I had a 5 inch one that I had for one day. I had posed it about 3 ft. from a wood floor but somehow it fell and it's arm came off.

93% of statistics are lies. Formerly Xfire Grunt. Unfortunately, you can't change the WLID for your BNET account, so I had to create an alternate account. My other WLID was spam city (and it was my e-mail account too).

McFarlane is actually reputed as a very high quality manufacturer.

The thing though is for some reason the Halo license and McFarlane didn't work out quite well.

McFarlane does a lot of work on comic books and things like that, and makes good action figures. I suppose though they are action figures and no not toys so apparently you are supposed to stare at them?

yeah i think they are extremely low quality compared to there sport figures. i bought a grif ball recon figure one of the comic con exclusives and quite frankly it looks like crap. but any way ill get some dough off it because it was a comic con exclusive.

I picked up one of those as well. I rather dislike the sword hilt, they should have packaged whole sword instead.
