You obviously don't understand these "action" figures are collectables,not toys........adults do buy them.
You obviously don't understand the term "collectible". If you're buying something for collectible purposes, it should never leave the box; ergo, it should NEVER BREAK. Once something leaves the box, it is deemed a toy in my books.

Who cares about detail? I want quality.
Not the thought-process of a collector. There is a reason why they have joints....so they can withstand light, ocassional use to pose and repose them.........these sometimes break the first time you pose them.
