I know that, at some point, you will probably have thought 'I wish I could make this warthog go faster' or 'I wish I could make the assault rifle have a bigger clip, and the SMG stronger'
this idea is a basic one, which would be incredibly useful to the makers of custom games.
in forge mode, when you are hovering over an object, press X to go onto the normal menu, with two extra panels for vehicles, and one for weapons.
for vehicles, the first panel would look somewhat like this:
speed (change the movement speed of the vehicle)
weapon power (for vehicles with weapons, IE warthog, ghost, Banshee ETC)
Skin (each vehicle would have 4/5 skins, like snow camo or desert camo)
set as default (set these traits as the default- if you spawn another of the same vehicle, they will have these traits)
set to default (turn the vehicle traits back to the default
and the second menu would be slightly different for each vehicle, allowing you to, say, change turret type on a warthog (and even turn it into a troop transport hog), or remove the fuel rod cannon from the banshees.
the first menu for weapons would look like this:
Weapon damage (change the damage the weapon does)
accuracy (change the reticule size)
clip size (change the size of the clips)
max ammo (set the maximum ammo in multiples of the clips, for instance 1 clip, 2 clips, 5 clips, or infinite)
scopes (how many scopes it can have, 0, 1 or 2)(scopes will NOT affect the skin of the weapon)
scope zoom 1 (first scope zoom (X2, X5, X10 ETC)
scope zoom 2 (second scope zoom (X2, X5, X10 ETC)
skin (choose the skin of the weapon, snow camo, desert camo ETC).
fire colour (for colored weapons only, spartan laser, plasma rifle ETC)
This would be incredibly useful to the makers of custom games, and would allow us to create all manner of weapons.
