Subject: chiefs childhood

Hello

Do you think that Bunjie could make a game that allowed us to explore chiefs childhood?

Edit: Bungie*

that would be stupid. MC didn't have much of a childhood due to the bio-augumantations.

I want the tutorial to be the training mission where the S2s hijack the Pelican.

Oh, in the mountain forest near the lake? That would be really cool for a tutorial. It'd be fun, get some history, see reach before war came to it, and it'd help teach you the controls. I like that idea.

Hello

Yea it would be awesome if we could play as a spartan in training.

who said it would be an rpg?

i personally think there should be a few short missions summerizing the events before the fall of reach. sorta like prolog levels.

That's what I thought. You can get the standard Halo up-down tutorial from the landing, jumping over a log, then a flight tutorial with the guards around the Pelican.

No.

its not an RPG....

you noob, no one is talking about a rpg. we're talking about a few missions that lead up to the battle of reach. kinda of like that training mission in call of duty 4 except you play as spartan child through young adult.

  • 10.22.2009 8:45 PM PDT

i know that. where are getting the hint that we're talking about halo: reach being an rpg from?

  • 10.22.2009 8:48 PM PDT

they'd almost have to make it an RPG you moron

  • 10.22.2009 8:48 PM PDT

I am of an open mind and I am willing to hear criticism. Also: That's stupid and you're stupid.

You guys. Come on, you're losing the game.

Hope your good at carpenting because you will never work in the videogame buisness or anything remotely similar.

why would it be an rpg? thats the stupidest idea ever. what would it be like? you try to upgrade you warthog to gausshog but the mechanic says you have to have be a level 43 battlemage and complete the dragon slayer quest to upgrade it? stupid if you ask me

I think the only RPG he's played is Fallout 3 so he's formed some kind of connection from videogame children to RPG's...

well thats dumb

  • 10.22.2009 9:08 PM PDT

I know... I know...

  • 10.22.2009 9:09 PM PDT

by his logic halo: reach would be an action game like zelda cause you start off as a kid and then become an adult

Halo Reach: Its not an RPG.

Poor computers.

I never said it was. I don't think anyone did actually.

Um... I like Halo? I don't really know what to say. I'm a student at the moment, I hope to become a criminal profiler, and I enjoy pretty much everything as long as it's good.

Just because there is a childhood section it doesn't make it an RPG. Learn what an RPG is and isn't and then give your opinion.
