All humans have the same definition of fun. We're built to be stimulated by certain things.
SOME human beings are just uptight uncreative bastards who want to play boring ass simulations.
You are saying Call of Duty is a creative and original game whilst Halo is a "boring ass simulation"?
First off, Call of Duty games have been around forever. Medal of Honor is pretty much no different. I'm tired of playing World War II. Sorry, but I've stormed the beaches 20+ times. A 21st time would not make it more enjoyable.
Modern Warefare type games have been around for a while, too.
And how is a game based on modern warfare more creative than a sci-fi shooter with a deep storyline. Bungie didn't just pick up the morning paper and have a storyline like Infinity Ward. They had to make their entire Universe from the ground up.
Video games are simulations. So it makes no sense you are saying one is and the other is not. I'm sorry, but it's far from a realistic game. I'm not saying Halo is, but I do not play video games for realism. Who does that?
You don't play WoW to live a realistic life. You play it to be a different person, to experience a different life. I do not play Guitar Hero games because I think to myself "Why don't I just play a real guitar?"
Also, you say "all humans have the same definition of fun". LOL? One person finds it fun to abuse small children and to kill women. Does that mean we all find that fun?
...Wow.
Um, I thought he was talking to me actually....
I was. lol.
Idk what the hell happened there.
