"Dear Bungie.net, we regret being stubborn bastards, we regret coming to this forum, and we most definitely regret that Darth Kooky blew up our raggedy-ass opinion!"

what if bungie finishes the game in like december with everything they wanted in it and they're like, "well, we still have almost a year until its release, lets take a look in the forums and see what our fans want us to add...."
If only...
These are my suggestions:
1. Forge updates:
- The center reticule should have more options. Cycle through these using the left and right bumpers.
- A grouping tool where you select which items to move and then switch to grab and pick it up. Either that or have an extra option in grab mode on every item selecting it to grouped and then picking them all up.
- A rotation tool. Rotate to whatever angles you want the item to be at and place it to your liking.
- Placeable barriers and Guardian Zones. Along with bot turrets in that menu like the ones found on Snowbound. We could finally recreate something akin to the original High Ground.
- Something similar to Campaign which allows us a small amount of bots per team in a special gametype.
2. Theater update:
- Rewind and Film Clips added to Theater Films. Something that should have been done in ODST.
3. AI updates:
- AI can drive efficiently and possibly have a link to your objectives locations.
- AI should have the sense to avoid large encounters in order to flank enemies without too many casualties.
- AI that can give smart orders to their squads such as Buck if he returns which it seems like he will. This way the Marines will actually do something a little more useful than acting as your personal Meat Shields and infinite ammo Spartan Laser holders.
- Make sure they take some risks like we do like running into battle guns blazing similar to a Suicide Grunt.
4. Weapon updates:
- The MA5K from the books suck as Ghosts of Onyx. (My friend's idea).
- Same as ODST, goodbye BR. It has little use in Campaign against formidable enemies. Though it should make a small appearance and only in one small section of a level.
- Energy Sword wieldable again.
- Since the Spike and Firebomb grenades are not yet part of the Covenant armor, 4 Frag and 4 Plasma grenades holdable in inventory again.
- Equipment should return but not in such a large role and only crafted by the UNSC. Thus limiting their effectiveness but they should get the job done.
- A new secondary weapon similar to C4 or something like a Trip Mine or even a Claymore. Used for eliminating enemy armor or buildings.
- The Rocket Launcher now has the ability to make holes in certain walls.
- Halo: CE pistol returns! I'll take an Auto Mag if need be. Fine by me.
- The Sniper Rifle should get its Night Vision back.
5. HUD updates:
- Halo: CE shields and health system though the shields should recharge a little quicker.
- Any allies within a 5 meter radius or in the same vehicle should have Health monitors in your HUD. This could be an option in the menu.
6. Multiplayer model updates:
- Older versions of current Halo 3 Armor variants or new variants all together.
- Elites still an option.
- Grenade and ammo belts, straps, commpacks or rucksacks, and communication antennae similar to Buck's as options for your Player Model to either go along with your armor or to replace armor variants.
- Female Spartans should look a little smaller though not by much and the chest should be only slightly bigger. Please nothing like DOA.
7. Multiplayer modes updates:
- New team mode which uses bots to fight alongside you and your team.
- Something similar to Firefight if not identical with new enemies to fight such as Scarabs and some more wide-open spaces bigger than Security Zone or Lost Platoon.
8. Enemies updates:
- No annoying pimp-slapping Brutes.
- No Flood.
- Elites can hold secondary weapons in reserve. If an AI-controlled Arbiter can keep an Energy Sword in reserve in Halo 3, why not normal Elites in Halo: Reach?
- Grunts are not allowed to drive Ghosts. Never. No way. Not again.
- Higher ranking Elites are given personal shields similar to the one shown in the E3 2000 video of Halo: CE.
- A few Elite specialists are given 2 Energy Swords and pull fanciful and graceful moves when fighting the UNSC including flying leaps and windmill attacks.
9. Vehicle updates:
- Shade is degraded to the way it was in Halo: CE.
- Mongoose and Hornets still in game and no Avalanche Transport Hornets please.
- 1 or 2 Halo Wars vehicles added such as Grizzlies and Hawks.
- Pelicans driveable PLEASE!!! I hate having to dev kit the Halo:CE Demo just to drive one that doesn't even handle well.
