it would be auwsome to be able to be in a building and some sort of explosion hits the building causing the wall beside you to explode and crumble that would be auwsome. also being able to buy breakible buildngs in forge would be ausome!

Destroyable Terrain...kinda sounds like gamertag to me...
I like the idea, and I'm not saying it's bad, but I don't think they're going to go into the game and put it there. The game is already being tested by Bungie...

stuff like this

--Spiker--
The only thing that captured how terrifying spikers should be was the Halo Landfall video. i think it would be cool if you could bolt some poor jackal to a wall behind him.

and with energy shields i don't like how the spike still pierces you even with you sheild up and you take no armor damage so here is a solution

have spike ricochet and bounce of energy shields. it would look awesome. and make the Spike do continuous damage if pierced

--Plasma--
the only thin that captured how devastating plasma should be was Halo CE and the Book. so when plasma bolts hit Concrete and steal it think it should stick there for a while and let off a lot of sparks and smoke, and be very bright. very similar the light a welder gives off

-semi destroyable structures-
almost everything in the Halo universe is made of better materials than we have to day. how ever i would like to be able to driver trough walls with a warthog, and blow holes out with the rocket launcher. but the structure remains sturdy

--Bullet Holes--
I would like to see bullets be able to penetrate weak materials. like thin metal and thin concrete. i find it annoying when a peace of 1/4 inch rust sheet iron save someone from a future equivalent of a berret fifty

I had a similar idea to this. I always thought it would be cool to be able to see the damage done to your player's armor, so that when you get hit with bullets you see bullet holes in the armor, or when you get hit by an explosion the armor chars, pieces break off, and your visor cracks.

But yeah, it would be cool to have breakable structures as long as not everything is breakable. Otherwise by the end of a multiplayer match, there would be nothing left. No burrowing holes either like in Red Faction.

My third montage!

As a fan of BF: BC, it really changes up the gameplay significantly. You can be safe one second then a RPG or tank mortar can rock the building you're in and leave you completely exposed.

However, I'm not sure how this would fit into the halo style of Game play.

KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!

Maybe not to that extent, but seriously- a rocket launcher should be able to do some damage to a tree! I mean c'mon...

What you see will not be, nor what you imagine will not happen.
The end is close, so take your dose.

Maybe if they did something akin to Bad Company, where small but noticeable changes can be made.

snipers get more head

it would be nice and more realistic like in the books plasma weapons melt metal and such but now it just makes dust
