Do you think in Halo: Reach they should make it First person while driving in any sort of vehicle (Mongoose, Warthog etc..) for halo: reach?

Vote Above.

PS: Should they Toggle it?

I don't see why anybody would want to drive first person. You wouldn't be able to see enough of the battle to actually do anything. Best just to drive in third person.

I suppose an option is fine, so long as it isn't mandatory in the slightest.

I intend to live forever, or die trying,

so far, so good.

Only if you can Toggle this. I like the 3rd Person view when driving.

I voted NO, but if you toggle this. Then I be up for that.

Now that I think about it, I agree, maybe while driving you just press Y to change?

I just think first person driving is funner. even in thous silly little attempts at flight sims I fly in first person

I think that especially if they had dog fight levels (air battles) in the Reach campaign, it would make it a lot more intense.

Nolan is Nolan.

Yes. toggle it. It would make shooting a warthog into a heated, dust-strewn battle in first person very intense. I also remeber how it was first person in passsenger seats, which was scrapped probably because youcould now see your legs and it would be harder to make the model for the legs or someting

and have a different control set up

with the Hornet you had to chose in-between altitude control and shooting

As long as you can toggle the option, then why not? It would make the transition to Halo for some gamers who are used to first person driving (Half Life, Battlefield, etc) easier.

I think it would also be great for scorpions. I would make things a lot more accurate...

I think that they should either have 3rd person or 1st person driving, letting players choose would give them unfair advantages over others using different views.

The first person driving is difficult to get used to at first like in Far Cry 2, but it immerses you into the game so much more than 3rd person viewpoints

I remember that too..

the only problem I just realised with this idea is; What happens when the windshield cracks? You wouldn't be able to see a thing, but even then it would make it more intense.
