Assuming Firefight is going to be a feature in Reach, how would the community like it to differ to ODST firefight?

Also, should Health play a part in game? From a Canon point of view, it should, since all pre-Mk VI Mjöllnir lacked the direct Biofoam injection if a spartan sustained an injury.

Thoughts?

R.I.P. Halo 2

Halo 1 is by far my favorite game of all time, but one of the only things I don't miss in multiplayer is health packs. I do like it in campaign though.

and how!

I'd like to see a Biofoam canister equipment. That is, if equipment is still in Reach.

If your health is damaged, you heal yourself. BUT, if your health is higher than a teammate who is directly in front of you, you use it on them.

ISU Cyclones!

Comparing ODST and CE I liked how CE approached it better with a pretty good shield along with pretty good health amount.

ODST seemed to have a good stamina amount and a poor health amount which makes sense since it's ODSTs and not Spartans but with Reach we'll have Spartans back so make sure that even without shields they could take a bit more of a beating than the ODST health system would allow.

But yeah I like the idea of health because it makes you think about the engagements more. In Halo 3 it was "do I kill everything? If yes then there's no consequences after battle."

In CE after every engagement everytime your health bar went down a notch or more you'd be like. "Hm... I'll have to be more carefull." Especially on Legendary.

thats true, theres no doubt that Health dramatically changes the way you play the game. But since everybody is so used to Halo 3's "IMAGONNARUNINTHAR&PWN!" gameplay, would players as a majority cope with that change?

I mean, Playing ODST on Legendary was a huge shock compared to H3. For the first time, I actually had to look for cover and wait instead of just rushing in there and emptying clips.
