Go away.

What are your opinions on Master Chief in Halo: Reach.
Since he is in the book for quite awhile, do you think he will end up in the game?
I don't read much of the Halo Reach Theory's and stuff but I would like to hear the community's opinions about this.

If he was, would you be disappointed?

My Opinion:
I don't think he would be in it. I just can't imagine him being in the Halo Reach game.

wow seriously i would be embarrased to be called a halo fan YES he is in reach r u f ing stupid or something look at the reach picture or go back to the billion times it was said

The picture is not enough proof, you cant tell who any of them are. And just because someone said it doesnt mean its true, until bungie says it, its all rumors.

Nice fail tho

You sound awfully positive even though there are absolutely no facts yet.

If you've read the books you can basically know who all of them are in the picture. No one is sure, but when you read it, it all makes sense.

Even if John is in the picture, it doesn't mean he will be in it.

If you watch the trailer you can hear them mention a spartan no one knows, and from what he says you can assume he is a leader of a group of spartans, and if he is, then none of the ones in the book are the ones in the picture. Atleast chances are they arent any named in the book.

I believe he will make some appearance in the game. But probably not be playable or have the focus of the game focused around him since he was in space during the entire glassing of Reach. I believe it will follow his squad instead. All but three of them were on the ground. It may even follow a new squad never before discussed in Halo lore. But John probably will not be the main playable character. This is supported by a quote that Bungie gave. Though it is not word for word, it had to do with how they were experimenting with new characters in their games, and plan to continue this experimenting because it opens tons of new wholes for game play/story enhancement,etc...

Because Muslims surgically implant organic bombs in their testicles, which in turn will be injected into women during sex, which will grow into BABY BOMBS!

Don't assume he's a Spartan.

Lol he says hes a spartan, go listen to it.

He says "This is spartan ###, you got spartans on the ground, were not going anywhere" I think that means its safe to assume he is a spartan.

He says Sierra 259. It could easily be a marine.

I agree with these 2 subjects.

I thought they didnt give those type of tags to soldiers? and even tho it can be seen more then one way, when he says "we're not going anywhere" it can be seen as him saying "The sparatans are not going anywhere" and since he says we're, he includes himself.

Its safer to assume he is a spartan, then not one at this point. Plus why would a marine be talking in the trailer? It doesnt seem like bungie would go for something like that.

Plus, they were talking about Spartans on the ground. Why would a marine be part of that.
I am still sticking with a Spartans.

Yeah.
I hope the controls feel the same. I love the way Halo is set up. In most FPS games, I feel so limited and tight. Really hard to explain. I guess I'd say I feel a lot more free playing Halo. Other games feel like I am traped. :)

I love Bumper Jumper, thats just the perfect set up for Halo. Allows you to do more at one time without lowering your ability to do things that can help turn the tide of a battle.

Im just hoping for a good campagin. Same with Halo 4.

  • 11.01.2009 9:45 PM PDT

Its a Button layout. A is to switch grenade types, RB is to meele, LB is to jump, B is to pick up weapons and get in vehicles. Its good if you use tricks in the game like jumping and shooting, cause it lets you aim and shoot and jump at the same time.
