"Halo Reach", as all of you should know, is the last Halo game for Bungie before they move on to a new IP. I believe this game should be such an EPIC WIN that every other game will be humbled by the mear mention of "Halo Reach. I know we all have our different views on what "Halo Reach" should be like, but this post is based upon Halo: Its greatest aspects, much needed repairs, and necessary cut-offs that should be known in order for "Halo Reach" to WIN! Before anyone says "Someone's already done this!", this is but my opinion.

Paragraph A1
In "Halo Combat Evolved" and "Halo 3 ODST", we have faced similar challenges: conserving health and finding health kits. As tedious as it sounds, it can actually help gamers enjoy a longer, challenging campaign or multiplayer. In addition, it will require strategic and tactical thinking to play these games, thus eliminating the ease of zooming through the campaign within a few hours.
Paragraph A2
In "Halo 2" and "Halo 3 ODST", we transitioned from character to character for the first time in Halo: from the Master Chief, to the Arbiter, to the Rookie, and so on. A feature such as this would be great to keep for "Halo Reach". It will add diversity to the flow of the campaign and keep it from getting dull.
Paragraph A3
In "Halo 3 ODST", we have been introduced to First Person Cutscenes. If most of the cutscenes in "Halo Reach" are in First Person, it will help gamers to actually feel like they are in the game.
Paragraph B1
Bungie does an excellent job with graphics, but there is one thing that always seems to vex them: getting the face right. If Bungie were to improve on this, then gamers won't be so distracted with facial features that they won't enjoy the campaign.
Paragraph B2
In "Halo 3 ODST", we got to fight against our first human enemy. However, a single Corrupt Cop doesn't seem to be satisfactory to most of us. I suggest Bungie should create more human enemies for the protagonist (whether the Protaganist be a Covenant or Human). It will add to the variety of enemies to fight and people will have to think of new ways of killing them.
Paragraph B3
"Troopers! We are mean and very, very green!" This is what Buck said to ruin the epicness of dropping feet first into hell. And that's not all either. The voice-acting and the dialogue both need to be improved if the campaign of "Halo Reach" is to be enjoyed without cheesy or meaningless lines.
Paragraph B4
In "Halo 3 ODST", the patrolling Covenant seem to always know where you are once you shoot at them. Even with a silenced weapon, they'll immediately turn toward you and shoot. Also, fighting them just seems too simple. They need to improve the enemy AI, because they are the central part of the game. You don't want to play a game against dumb AI, do you? Not to mention the Allied AI. They are significantly dumber than the enemy. They need to at least make the Allied AI as smart as the enemy AI.
Paragraph B5
Multiplayer is always exciting as long as people are still joining. However, in the history of Halo matchmaking, you can only join BEFORE a game begins. This means that if you soemhow lose people on your team, either due to lag or frustration, you'll be stuck fighting against a possibly bigger force for the rest of the game without hope of reinforcments. They need to create a Matchmaking in which players can join a game while it is in session. Also, they need to add a matchmaking for Firefight or whatever survival mode they are planning. It will increase the replayability of it.
Paragraph B6
Ever since "Halo 2", campaigns have been getting shorter and shorter. "Halo Reach" is going to be Bungie's last Halo game and it will need a lengthy campaign. The longer the campaign, the more epic the feeling you'll get upon completion. Also, it will be remembered longer.
Paragraph B7 (LOL)
In most games, scoping or looking down the sights is more effective than using the crosshairs. However, in Halo, it doesn't make much of a difference. I mean you can practically "no scope" someone with easy in Halo. In order to make the game challenging, the crosshairs must be adjusted everytime you move, not be stationary. Also, you can only zoom in using weapons with scopes. In order to add to the realism of combat, you must be able to look down the iron sights of non-scoped weapons, zoom in slightly with hip or shoulder fired guns, and/or look through the scope of scoped weapons (much like BF: BC).
Paragraph C1
Brutes should never have been our main enemy. They're intelligence is inferior compared to an Elite's. Brutes should not be in "Halo Reach" PERIOD.
My fellow Reachers, please spread or add on to the ideas I have expressed here. Honorable Bungie Employees, please read and listen to my words. If these ideas are implemented for "Halo Reach" then it would possibly be the most EPIC game ever made!
