ah i see you are on my page...good choice

didn't i just tell you my opinion in that other thread?

  • 11.05.2009 8:16 PM PDT

I can honestly say I feel for Bungie, but as a fan and a customer, I feel it was about time I got to see or hear something. I know, it sounds selfish, I'm sure Bungie will surely say something on this issue and hopefully that take it better instead of badly.

One of their own leaking to outsiders...
Actually it was someone from Microsoft, not from their studio. If it's anything like their last title, they will give us some stuff to chew on in the udpate, be it insight on the project or full out images from the game. They are going to try to diminish the severity of the leaks by putting more content into the Reach pool.

  • 11.05.2009 8:16 PM PDT

they won't address it.

It's almost probably better not too cause then people will talk and talk, i guess that could lead to false assumptions tho (sandbox?).

If the one pic is what I think it is, I'm glad to finally see its return for the first time since Halo 1.

The Second Mouse Gets The Cheese.

Makes me mad that Bungie won't be able to release and make Reach's big debut to an audience with zero knowledge, but thus the way of the internet.

Halo CE- Amazing
Halo 2- Revolutionary
Halo 3- Masterpiece
Halo Reach- The Black Sheep of the bunch
Halo 4- Incredible

Did you know that 93% of all statistics on the internet are made up on the spot, and that 68% of readers believe them?

c'mon...dont be so blind.

less than one week before one of their largest competitor's biggest release, and all of a sudden, some new awesome screenshots of their coveted brainchild conveniently leak out!?

i strongly doubt that they would let this happen if they truly didnt want it to.

something smells fishy to me.

  • 11.05.2009 8:18 PM PDT

KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!

What I hope is that they just give us screens maybe of the exact same things we already saw, but with the crystal quality of a normal render, for proof. Nothing more, nothing less.

You feel for Bungie? These leaks have created a lot of excitement and sparked a lot of interests right about the time CoD MW2 is about to drop. You feel for them in that... you.. are sad their new game is getting so much attention.. or.. what?

Good point, but then why would they lock all threads talking about it and all this?

That something that isn't ready yet is already being exposed and something they for sure wanted to keep secret even longer. I'm sad that there has been only this much attention to Reach, there should actually be more than what we got to chew on.

MAYBE, perhaps, possibly to make people think they didnt want it leaked? perhaps.. maybe?

Guys, your all smart people right? you should know that if bungie wanted to screw with infinity wards head, then they would go all -blam!- out! they'd do legit stuff, not fake pretend to want leaks that they dont actually want!

  • 11.05.2009 8:24 PM PDT

Too often, people post on forums and just regurgitate what they've seen already and don't really explain their own views. - achronos

-blam!-

Any publicity is good publicity for some I suppose, I do agree with some that these leaked photos are conveniently timed. It's not gonna stop my excitement for MW2 though.

MW2 won't do that well. No dedicted servers meaning lag between American/UK/Australia. Same engine as CoD4 with beefed up graphics. Reasons why I am not that interested in MW2.

I don't think Bungie would actually care about IW releasing MW2 at all, I wouldn't be surprised if they were playing it just like when GoW2 or UC2 came out. This was clearly an accident.

Game Wars are not fought by the Developers, but by the fans.

Like you don't see Bungie going "Go back to CoD4 ya nub" when someone points out a flaw or something.

How to spell "space"?

S-P-ACE! SPACE!

I recently saw some of these "leaked" photos... bogus. One model was far to polygonal to be real, I denounce these as BOGUUUUHHHSSSS! (Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure FTW!)

  • 11.05.2009 9:25 PM PDT

OMG a hunter!!!!!!!

I really hope it is fake i just hated what i saw in those pics.

Haha, the beta isn't even out yet. Don't worry, Microsoft will let us all know.
