...Invisible walls, which was quite apparent in both Halo 3 and ODST?
Was it ever bothereing you?

Speaking for myself that was my biggest complaint about the game.
I feel like the sandbox element have been taken away, which was one of the things i enjoyed big time in both Halo 1&2, besides the games other qualities.
I know it's still possible to get out of maps in campaign, but it's not the same fun anyway.

But Bungie really exaggerated it in the 2 Halo 3 games. Invisible wall and ceilings to run into without not even trying to get out of the map.
It makes the game feel more closed than it should.

But now im asking you, how do you feel about it? Please eleborate.

Hai it's me voiceruler. I like custom games a lot more than matchmaking, and the best type of custom game is infection, and i <3 campaign.

it doese'nt look nextgen , looks good but not nextgen
If by next-gen you mean crappy, dark and colorless, I agree. It doesnt look next-gen at all.

Everyone hates it but lets be real here, they cant make the world extremely huge because it takes up too much space, they have to limit the player somehow.

damn i hate invisible walls, ruin the experience of a epic journey and sandbox elements. I mean come on the Banshees cant even go that high with the invisible walls.Reach should be more open huge levels with no invisible walls.

1.Arkham Asylum, 2.Mass Effect, 3.Halo CE, 4.Mass Effect 2, 5.Halo 2, 6.Splinter Cell Double Agent, 7.Gears of War 2, 8.Medievil, 9.Oblivion, 10.Crash Team Racing

Especially the way too low ceilings. Both in campaign and multiplayer you can often hit it when doing completely normal stuff.

They should bother doing better boundaries in Reach. Deep waters, Covenant bombardments, minefields, ravines, bigger levels...

In HaloCE I never tried to get out of levels because the limits weren't put right in front of my face or they were real walls like huge cliffs. I actually got tired by even thinking about exploring

Oh it's a good idea but the execution was horrible in Halo3

excellent idea, many games do this, they use many techniques without using invisible walls, like he mentioned minefields.

I think the campaign could have been less strict about them, there could have been some cool easter eggs hidden way outside of the map. I do think they should be in multiplayer, though, being able to glitch or jump out of practically every map in Halo 2 was cool for customs, but terrible for matchmaking.

But it's not like the other two games where larger, the "only" difference is that you can out of the map in the first games if you tried too.

I understand the reason for doing it in multiplayer, but campaign should be left open for exploring.
It woulden't harm the casual player if they did.

So far 16 out of 17 think it was a bad idea.

I hope Bungie are taking notes :)

Invisable walls are okay within reason. In Halo 3, they were no used within reason.

Halo 1 did not have Barriers it just had cliffs and such.

ODST was the worst, you couldn't stand against some walls.

Reach better not have too many walls in campaign or I will be pissed.
