Don't base whether or not you buy a game on its graphics. Gameplay and how fun it is are what matter most. Not the textures of the grass that you will never need to look at!

I'd like it to be something like this.

I would like Marty to go into the direction of truly EPIC music. Like the music from the aforementioned God of War series, and perhaps similar to Gears of War 2. I feel like since the planet will be being glassed around you, you need some seriously awesome stuff to go along with that picture. Don't get me wrong, the Halo music is some of the best music I've ever heard put into a cinematic experience like Halo. But I think that after ODST, and the great way that Marty branched out there, maybe it would be cool if we saw another addition to the Halo sound repertoire.

listen to this as you imagine waves of grunts throwing themselves at you, as your team of Spartans pepper them with 3-shot bursts from their rifles. master chief runs up ahead, pulls out a frag gernade, shoves it down a grunts thought and hurls the grunt and and elite as it explodes into gorey gurnty-elitish bits

See, that's the thing. While metal is awesome, I don't think it actually has a place in the default music of the game. I don't think it would be too fitting. I mean, I listen to my metal whilst playing Halo all the time, but I always let the normal music overtake my first playthrough.

Well, at first, neither did the ODST Soundtrack. But look at where that went. It felt like a different type of Halo game with that music, but still a Halo game. And I only cited that track as an example. If Marty branched in that direction, he would make it sound like Halo, just in a different way. Here are some others:

Sugesting music from other games means that you have never played halo CE. Shame on you.

Member of team Master Theory.

17th Mythic Conqueror of Halo 3.
5th Mythic Conqueror of ODST.
If you would like to know more about Mythic difficulty please go to this thread. Thank you.

Please do not send me "recruitment messages" as I'm not interested in joining any groups currently.

It should be like a hybrid of Halo CE and Halo 3 as they have arguably the best soundtracks for a game I've ever heard. They both fit the emotion and mood of the story perfectly.

Halo 2's music was also good. The rock guitar fit the new bording system and hardcore attitude well
