Well should it?

Obviously late-comers will be unable to earn completion achievements if they join, but it would make the co-op experience so much easier to enjoy. That is, assuming Reach even has co-op Campaign.

Yup, or Left 4 Dead. It just makes it so much better for the players - if someone really needs to go, and someone really wants to join, they can literally swap places.

Nothing is better than gaming through the day, into the night, then back into the day. It's like when you finally push that power button you feel like you've accomplished nothing, but at the same time, you can't stop smiling.

That would make it so much easier to play co-op Campaign. I'm all for it.

If it's like Left 4 Dead I'm in ;D Just not if it's like RE5 or Gears since those are mostly restricted to one person joining. I say the more the merrier.

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.
/slow clap for respect

:)
The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Yes, but when somebody leaves, the game dosent stop or finish right there.
