If it was in first-person you wouldn't see much of what your driving.But you would focus more on what you're doing. All too often, I see people grab a vehicle, and just guess where they're going, flailing the camera about wildly. With things like Bad Company, you rarely crash, because the first-person view allows you to see everything you need to see.
If you had first-person, it would be epic. The driver would focus on driving, the passenger on navigation and target spotting, and the gunner on, well, gunning.
