This is not going to bring UBER new things to Reach, It is however about the existing things in the Halo Universe we may see in Reach and how they could be improved

Allies and Enemies (A.I)
So this is about A.I. A.I will not be the same for every enemy and ally, and difficulty will effect it as well. This is based on an AVERAGE level.

The Good
x=Naval Workers/Civilians-Weakest of your allies. And as far as combat goes are very jumpy and afraid. Dont look up to them. They will die easily and wont help much.

x=Marines-Marines will be well trained, and pretty good fighters. But there' bravery will really depend on how well YOU fight. Also in higher numbers they will be a lot more "Gun Ho" and "Lets kick ass" until they see there allies die next to them.

x=ODST-ODST's should be very tough, smart, and brave soldiers. However since ODST's dont like Spartans too much they shouldn't be so happy to see you or any Spartan allies. They will be harder to "break" emotionally.

x=Spartans-Spartans will not be numerous, at least they shouldn't be. There should be a limit to them and each should have a name, such as ODST had. They will be the best fighters, most brave and the strongest of your Allies.

The Bad

x=Grunts-Grunts shouldnt be little weak bullet magnets. They are soldiers and deadly and nasty. However they wont be the greatest enemy you fight at all. Like your marine buddies they are a lot strongest in numbers, lone or small groups of grunts dont do much.

x=Jackal-Jackals will be very deadly, powerful and skilled enemies. They usaully work alone and can be sneaky. They will like to snipe and will be very fast. Jackals should be the fastest runners in the game. They wont be very strong, shieldless they will be weaker then grunts.

x=Drones-Limited Drone use. Drones are annoying. However will probably be seen. Make them like they were in Halo3, either way who cares.

x=Elites-Elites as you would assume should be your primary enemy. They are extremely powerful, smart, and brave. One Elite should be extremely powerful on average. However you shouldn't Encounter huge amounts of them on foot, except for some moments. They are not Pack Animals (like Brutes) and one Elite can easily command a small squad and hold his own.

Elites of lower classes will be weaker, a little "slower". Higer ones will of course be better.

x=Brutes-Brutes will be a lot less powerful then they are in Halo3. They wont command much of anything, they will be more like "Savages". However this Savage behavior of theres will bring fear to many of your men. While Elites are a little more intellgent Brutes will be brutal, nasty, beasts.

However Brutes will be pretty weak compared to Elites, and they will have an almost "Grunt" roll. Brutes like in Halo3 should work in packs. However the rank system wont count for much.

x=Hunters-Hunters like in other games will come in packs of 2. I think like ODST there should be 2 types. Hunters will be big, beasts. However they wont be stupid mindless idiots. Hunters will stand infront of there allies (your enemies) and take the big bullets. They will protect eachother like before, and will be a little faster on there malee.

The Ugly
Flood?-Flood could be in Reach. As long as no info of them reach too far off Reach. As in the Flood on Reach stay on Reach and stay pretty limited.

Flood should be a little more mindless since at this point they will be very very new in there cycle. So not so much Halo3 style flood, more halo1 style flood. A little stronger, but more stupid, and not as numerous.
