"I can accept failure, everyone fails at something, but I can't accept not trying." - M. Jordan

I posted this on another forum as a comment, but I think it deserves more attention. What flaws would you find in this control setting?

"I think they should make you have to click the zoom button with a non zoomable weapon (because no one walks and shoots with a sniper) and that enables walking. "

I think walking could be incorperated into the white or black button, if Bungie wants to lose the flashlight.

Thats very clever kenshin, "worst Idea ever". Very orginal. Could you have thought of a better way to break that to us, or maybe you have a better Idea.

Walking as opposed to running is just a matter of how hard you push the movement stick.

Dude, I have an idea, try not moving the joystick as much, that sounds like a good control. If your talking about toggling with white or something, that sounds alright.

I think that is the best way too, and there should be running sensitivity just like aiming. Bungie didn't do a good job of that though in Halo.

Yeah, just don't push the stick as far forward. As for toggling with the white button, you're gonna actually NEED your flashlight in halo 2 with the destructible lighting and all, so not a good idea.
