dunno if this has been mentioned before but... the original perfect dark on the nintendo 64 had a counter-operative mode for the normal single player mode: In which one player plays the missions as the main character while the other takes over the role of an enemy, including their weaponry and lower health and attempts to stop the other player. Imagine this is in the context of the Halo Reach campaign, you could have 5 players as the spartans pitted against another 5 taking the role of the covenant in any particular mission. Kinda like the versus mode in Left 4 dead. thoughts??

That would be a blast. Playing as the Covenant against SPARTANS would be great, but playing against player-controlled SPARTANS would be intense.

That would be awesome.

I'm a dude playing a dude desguised as another dude. I hate heritics, non-logical thoughts and people who are better than I am. People tell me that they like a lot of games, but I hate them all. Whenever I play a video game, I always go crawling back to Halo 3. Never go full retard!

Weird. Doesn't sound much like campaign though, more like fighting with bots.

No, I don't want to join your group/clan/team/community.

it would be exactly the same as the single player campaign, accept with the added option of being able to play as the enemy... if done well it would be like having two different campaigns without having different missions.
