We are all pretty sure Reach will have a Forge editor in it. If not, I will be severely disappointed, unless the campaign makes up for it.

Anyway, back to the main point:

If I could have any objects added to Forge, they would be:

- Vehicle wrecks
- Corpses
- Bloodstains
- Explosion craters (set size and depth)
- Destructable walls/windows
- Opening and closing doors (manually operated)

What about you? What would you really want to see added?

i want to be able to put brutes in and have them just stand there or move around same as grunt jackles (elites if u cant play as them in matchmaking) ect.(aka AI's u can play in forge)

Please do not send me "recruitment messages" as I'm not interested in joining any groups currently.

If I could have any objects added to Forge, they would be:

- Vehicle wrecks
- Corpses
- Bloodstains
- Explosion craters (set size and depth)
- Destructable walls/windows
- Opening and closing doors (manually operated)
- Little finishing touches like bullet holes, plasma scorches or spikes stuck in a wall (as seen in ODST near Brute kills)
- A larger object pallette for each map; less excluding the Carbine.
- A "Sandbox" style map, but with changeable style (Human, Forerunner, Covenant etc) and less actual sand.
- Shade Turrets, Sniper Towers and mounted Gauss/Machine Gun turrets.

If I think if anything else I'll edit it in.

the more I can do with the objects I have the better.

As for ideas and new stuff?

Despawning. Then respawning, then despawning. Meaning I can have "blinking" objects that last the whole game. Or just ones that respawn or despawn.

Custom respawn/despawn times. IE 1 minute 2 seconds with an upwards of 1 hour just to be sure we get it covered.

If I don't use all my objects, but I need more double walls I'd like to replace objects I don't want to use with ones I do.



Easy geomerging with everything

Every Type of forge object is available in ALL maps. And not scenery or area specific. (Like not JUST old sand blocks on sandbox. Add some from every map. Like avalance objects on sandbox.)

Easy floor placement. (Such as for the sky bubble) making a floor wastes rescources. it'd be nice to have a floor in place already. That's toggleable. same for walls too

Non-ripable turrets.

Flood scenery. Like those gross looking doors on the Cortana level. or those pods that have the flood popcorn in them. that can respawn and generate flood.

Snap tool for precise angles and balancing.

An option to have an object float or not.

Set object weight. I want the oil drums to be 1 pound or 5000 pounds

object streaching Maybe my double wall is JUST too short. I want to add 3 feet to make it fit. or it could be used for shield doors. (make it look nicer

Objectives for infection mode.

Color pallet for objects. I want a bright red bridge and a bright blue bridge so I can mark red and blue base. BUT not limited to just red and blue.

Multiple teams for every game type. (Mostly for infection)

A.I.

"rounded" objects like a bridge that curves, but not at an angle. like this ---> ( or this ~

Letters So I can spell things on the wall. WITH a font selector. AND a color selector.

Ablility to select what weapons a team can and can't use.for ALL game types. (if some one becomes the juggernaut then they instantly have whatever weapons you assign them. Or for infection The humans can't pick up swords if you say so.)

"Fake" walls (like in Goldeneye 64, :P)

Latters .... for climbing

Man cannons that you can set to decide where the person will land. And how fast they will get there.

invisible walls.

Nature tool. for trees and shrubs. and rocks.

Arrows that I can put on the ground wall or ceiling to guide people towards something.

Kill boxes. Not just round ones. triangles too. and ones i can customize.

More effects. with area of affect selectable

Placeable Gun racks.

more light balls that I can change colors for.

Park and home scenery. I want a TV in my zombie haunted house. THAT PLAYS THINGS. or a sofa and a fridge

More construction scenery. LIke bulldozers or I-beams (Go to home depot bungie and take notes)

Non-human controlled LAZERS! that just shoot a lazer every once in a while (That you can tell it when to shoot and what color.)

Abillity to "chain" objects together. So I could make an entire map, chain it together, pick it up in forge, and throw it to crush somebody.

Abillity to animate objects. Kinda like custom animation in powerpoint, create objects that loop an animation constantly (like a block that takes you up to the next level and back down), or causes an animation at the press of a button (you press button X, door y slides open). You can also delay animations to certain time periods in the level (finally I can create a map where you spawn in the palm of a hand and over time the fingers move in and crush you with an explosive burst at the end!)

Coveyor belts and ladders would be nice as well.

And I seriously think that we do not need to worry about Bungie excluding forge in Reach.

I am flatterd that you botherd to look at my signature.

I made thread not to long ago with an idea ill post the idea here.

Skulls...they have certant effects simaler to filters exvpet they effect the player not the enviorment..whell cobell affects the enviorment but you know what I mean.

instead of effecting they way the map looks it affects game play..that way you can make certant effects kik in over time instead every one haveing the same effects at the same time you can make the rulse of the game slowly change while it is being played.

Forge "glue".
an 'undo' button.
A 'delete all' button.
90 degree snap feature.
Sky box style map with a floor which can modified for size, texture, etc.
Ability to make objects levitate.
More customizable player and item spawn settings.
Colored Flags for marking bases.
Time of day and weather controls.

And this isn't forge, but a custom game search feature so that all of the fun maps actually get seen.
