R3sisted I was probably playing PC games before you were born.

The mouse input is messed up on H2v. Anyone with any experience playing decent PC games figured this out within 10 seconds of playing H2v. Has nothing to do with v-sync, framerate, etc. The code is borked. And putting the sensitivity to 10 doesn't come close to solving the problem. I don't want to insult you, but when I see people making statements like yours about how the game is perfect, I have to wonder how intelligent you are.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

I'm glad I amuse people and I gladly defend any game I think is worth it's price, but I wont start arguing over a game because it's a neithers benefit so you might as well stop provoking me into doing that (that is if you are provoaking, that's how I took it anyway).

It's really not about that so much as you made a statement that's completely untrue.

So basically this IS a game that works flawlessly on both Xbox and PC.

The above statement isn't much of a defense. It's false. It's been proven time and time again since its release to be false. If you're gonna try and advertise the game, at least don't lie about it.

Works fine for me.

I'm playing it on a 24" iMac. It looks great, it plays great.
I use an Xbox controller.

No complaints here.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

Maybe it's that iMac magic. I'd be interested to know what your average frame rate is.

Well I did not say anything about putting up the sensitivy, I know from experience that it rarely solves anything. I understand your point and all that. I gotta say though that this Posted by: Frnksnbns

was pretty unnecessary in my opinion. Allthough possibly true, can't know for sure.

Ok, the game is playable with the mouse and keyboard. You can totally get used to the screwed up mouse lag and get good I'm sure. I played the campaign and enjoyed the game despite the limitations of the mouse. How that translates to online play is different. The mouse lag is bad enough that it makes online play sort of dull and retarded. It should have been fixed. It's sad that the controller works fine with auto aim I might add, and the mouse has weird lag. I mean, they already released the game for Xbox, I don't understand the deliberate favoritism towards the controller. I'd be fine with equal attention towards each, but the mouse lag is unforgivable for a "PC" game.
