Subject: None of the Spartans were on Reach?

Yes i know, i just said something which cannot be true. (Sorry if someone has already said this, i didn't know that.)

But i have proof for this. When in the middle of the trailer, there comes a women's voice saying "This is Sierra (Spartan) three-six-zero ready (or some word) for combat incision." And after that there is a man's voice saying "We're coming in hot! Hold on!" Suggesting that someone is entering Reach's atmosphere (The Spartan i'm guessing).

Then at the end of the trailer a man's voice is saying "This is Sierra 259. You got Spartans of the ground Sir. We're not going anywhere." Suggesting again that the Spartans were not on Reach and in space or even they were never on Reach. (Yes i know what the book says! But still who said the game is going to be the book? No one.)

...What?

"You have spartans on the ground." How does that not imply that the spartans are not on the surface of the planet?

My troll sense is tingling.

Sense you make not.

Everything you just said proves they were on Reach. What the hell?

Obvious troll is obvious

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

The very fabric of existence has been torn asunder by this profound logic.

Now if you could only tell us what happened to Dustin Echoes, I would be ready to follow without question!

I think what he is trying to say is that when Reach first got attacked that there were no Spartans on it, which may be correct if I remember correctly all Spartans except Gray Team got called back to Reach once it was attacked.

I'll make it easy for you. It is based on the book.

Dyor' Docuree (2nd in command of the powerhouse, The Sangheili Army)

ok, so what you are saying is that Halo CE never happened because if there were never any spartans on Reach, then MC would've never gotten on the Pillar of Autumn after escaping from the facility orbiting Reach to go into slipspace to the first Halo, and if Halo CE never happened, then neither did Halo 2 or 3, Ghost of Onyx, or First Strike.

In simplier terms, there were spartans on Reach, in the trailer they even said it . . . you posted that they said it. you're thread makes no real sense.

You, unfortunately, misheard one tiny word. one letter even!
You heard: "you got spartans of the ground...."
But it is: "you got spartans on the ground...."

I don't blame you for this little mistake, but it seems others do... and I can't do much about that, really.

Are you on crack because Spartans being on the ground means that they are on the ground. Also, just because you think that the person saying that we're coming in hot is a Spartan doesn't mean he is, nor does it mean that every single Spartan was dropping on Reach at one time.

I don't understand your logic at all on the subject.
