I thought that Halo: Combat Evolved is supposed to be real-life stuff, not bogus all the way! Let's take the vehicles for example!
First of all, none of the vehicles actually blow up. Some of them get pushed, beaten, or crushed, but none ever blow up. I spent 4 hours shooting a warthog with a scorpion tank and nothing happened. Not even a mark nor a dent.
Second, the tank has to wait 4 seconds before reloading. Now that's real in real-life, but in Halo 2 (off topic), you can shoot as many projectiles as you can without being blown away!
I would think that after a while, the tank would run out of ammo and would be vulerable to attack by ground troops.
Third, wouldn't the warthogs eventually run out of ammo. I mean, there has to be some extend in which the warthog would eventually run out of ammo.
Fourth, wouldn't the human vehicles, eventually run out of gas. The tank probably has what, 500 gallons of gasoline inside of it. The miles per gallon that it gets is probably .5 or lower to the gallon.
The warthog/jeep probably has 40 gallons at the maximum. And that probably gets maybe 16 miles per gallon at the maximum. Bungie, you should have made the vehicles in Halo and Halo 2 eventually run out of gas, because that would be funny. If you run out of gas when you are playing Capture the Flag or something and an enemy ghost is on your tail.
These are just a number of problems that don't quite make sense.
