I will cut to the chase: Reach should not have any boundries on weapons.
For instance, dual weilding should have options of: off, normal, and full. Full means you can dual weild ANYTHING. Who cares if its crazy? I am not saying this for campaign, but for customs, who cares? It is just for fun.
Weapon starts: I beleive we should be able to have any weapon as a start-with option. this makes gametypes easier to make.
Ammo: I want to choose limits for weapons/grenades that is more or less than usual, up to the point where they can pick up as much as they find. This also applies to starts, where currently you cannot change the ammo players start with.
Turrets: I want to be able to trigger ability to pick these up seperate of weapons. We all hate it when we drop them accidentaly in zombies, right? Also, I want to be able to pick up ammo for Machine gun and missle pod turrets, as well as an option to toggle unlimited ammo when the turret is detached.
I think this was mentioned before, so I do not take credit: custom weapons. A special gun to set it apart would be an item in forge where you could choose base size(sidearm,rifle,projectile launcher,melee,turret); Projectile(plasma, bullet,beam,etc...); damage delt in default settings(Insta kill,melee kill,headshot-insta kill,X amount of ammo to kill, etc..); and ammo in default settings.
Finnaly, I want to be able to place any Weapon/Vehicle from campaign into a map in forge. Even if it is a tank on Guardian. It does not have to be for matchmaking, just for the options and craziness of customs. Some examples are AA Wraiths and missle turrets.

I think this could a good idea, as the game would benefit from a beam like turret, maybe like a weaker, but semi-sustained, guass.
