Subject: Would you pay for Reach multiplayer?

So, Activision has recently discussed moving Call of Duty to a monthly subscription model for their multiplayer, similar to an MMO.

But Halo is a different animal than Call of Duty, with different fans and players. My question is, A: Would you consider paying a monthly fee for Reach multiplayer, and B: If so, how much?

Hey

I garuntee if they switch Call of Duty to that they are loosing a ton of customers, including me. If Halo does it they will loose me as well, there is no way I'm paying monthly for something I already pay monthly for (xbox-LIVE) that is just the dumbest idea I've ever heard.

Halo CE- Amazing
Halo 2- Revolutionary
Halo 3- Masterpiece
Halo Reach- The Black Sheep of the bunch
Halo 4- Incredible

Did you know that 93% of all statistics on the internet are made up on the spot, and that 68% of readers believe them?

thats about the stupidest thing ive heard on these forums....and ive heard a TON of STUPID crap.

if they even THINK about charging a monthly fee on top of charging for the game itself, on top of xbox live charging a monthly fee, which a percentage of that they get anyways....

they can KISS their online population and the majority of their fanbase goodbye. PERIOD.

Hell to the no. And if they make us pay a fee to play Multi on CoD, that's milking it a little too much.

Your in Bad Company.

TO CLEAR SOMETHING UP

The whole "pay to play" thing is just extras for those who want it, they aren't charging for the multiplayer itself, but for added things.

But No, I wouldn't pay for it.

Halo 3: ODST = $30

Nope I would just replay Halo 1, 2 and 3 with friends.

I wouldn't pay either, Xbox live + paying for Reach itself?
I don't believe either CoD or Halo series will ever resort to doing that, noone would pay for it.

Armor Lock isn't overpowered. You just suck at Reach :)

Reach isn't bad, you're just a BK :)

For my gamertag, look up "Ghoulishtie"

I already pay for xbox live. That should be enough.

No, I wouldn't play.

Nope. I'd never pay for multiplayer, since that's 90% of why I buy the game in the first place. If they gave me the game for free, then wanted me to pay for MP I'd be fine with it.

Let's see halo 3 multiplayer maps $40 xbox live 12 month $50 owning a noob on xbox live priceless. In reality though we already do pay for multiplayer and extra maps. I expect the same for Reach.
