Subject: What should be the Foucs of Halo Reach's new tech

We all know that Halo: Reach is using a new proprietary engine dubbed so far as the Halo Reach engine although it could be the fabled AAA engine but I doubt that. What I want to know form the community is what should be the focus of the new tech. Graphics, A.I, Rendering etc.
