I have seen numerous threads saying we need a destructible environment, but what does that mean?

In "RedFaction" you can bring a building to the ground, but the ground itself is never effected.

In "Bad Company" you can make craters in the ground and blow up walls, but buildings never fall.


Halo "could" benefit from a mix of these designs, but why copy? Why not make a new one!

Give players the opinion to change the "blowy upy."

Like the option to make vehicles indestructible but the other way around!

Make an option for both terrain and environment.

Want classic Halo, keep both off.

Want to make a "mole hole, but not be able to punch through walls, turn on environment.

Want the ability to drive through drywall buy not be able to make an inch ditch with a thousand tripminds, turn on environment.

Also make the level of "destructibility" optional.

So, community, give me some feedback back back.
