Okay.

You have a 3x3 area, right? Think rubix cube.

So, one player is a 3x3 hitbox, and the other player is a 1x9. Who do you think is going to win? Right, the 1x9, because even if it's the same size, it's only 1 block wide, and 9 blocks tall.

I don't understand why you're looking at my profile. Just back off, and nobody gets hurt, okay?

uh, the point is so that everybody can be UNIQUE. This way you can choose to look different but not have to worry about being a bigger target.

I say cut elites from MM, I never liked them.

Here’s what Luke had to say about the differences in treatment between the Spartans and Elites in Reach:

“Instead of piece-by-piece customization like the Spartans, Elite customization is a full model swap with models selected from the various Elite classes appearing throughout the Campaign. There are all kinds of reasons for this, not the least of which is our continued emphasis on the Spartan as your identity in Reach.”

I would rather have close player models.

Having Brutes in multiplayer just seams flawed; the game should be as balanced as possible. I've been playing MW2 recently, and I can tell you straight up that it's not very balanced. This is exacly what Bungie strives for in their games, and if they were to give that up, it would be a huge disappointment in the long run.
War is never balanced. One will have the better troops, one will have the better equipment, one will have the better battle experience. That is what makes MW2 great, it's the one game that shows how real war is like. No other game has simulated more realistically than MW2. We don't ask Bungie to be like this, but we do like the idea of some aspects of that game and others be modified and implanted in Reach. To evolve the game and make it feel&plan differently.

yes.

Oh my god the pretentious fanboy alarms are ringing really, really loudly..

Do you think we give a pile of crap whether Halo is realistic? Does it ever advertise itself as being an ultra realistic military sim? No, it is a balanced multiplayer experience where it does not matter whether you have been playing for days or years.

it's the one game that shows how real war is like

Absolute bull-blam!-.

No other game has simulated more realistically than MW2.

Even more bull-blam!- again. Firstly there are games much more realistic (ArmaII being the one I think of first), even operation flashopint DR is a better sim. The game is not realistic or a military sim at all. It is an action movie from start to finish.

Go ask someone in the army how often one man charges into an enemy base (Im thinking of the favela levels), without a care in the world and comes out unhurt having killed 50 people. MW2 it not a militart sim and it is shameful to think that it is.

Now, in case you think that I am a halo fanboy becuase I'm posting here. I'm not, I absolutely love the MW2 multiplayer, and the campaign is excellent (a bit short though, as is ODST before you leap down my throat). I am just taking offence at you calling it the most realistic militart sim ever...

I think this would be a good idea.

I just think Reach needs to show that the battle happening on Reach is an unbalanced and losing battle.

If they have firefight in Reach, then my idea would work better, since people wont be fighting each other.
