Alright you guys, I'm sure I could be wrong but I'm almost positive that the planet at the end of Halo 3 is planet ONYX where the Spartan III program was held. At the end of the book, Hasley and her crew were stuck in some interdimensional "safehouse"; MC probably does something to continue that story.

REACH took place before Halo: CE, at the beginning of the game we see MC get out of a Cryo chamber (I think that's what it's called); he has just come back from REACH

So let me say that the planet at the end of Halo 3 and the planet in the REACH films are not the same.

Thanks for reading.

What did you think in the first place, that the chief could travel through time?

Because Muslims surgically implant organic bombs in their testicles, which in turn will be injected into women during sex, which will grow into BABY BOMBS!

The only thing left of Onyx is a micro-dyson sphere and trillions of Sentinels. I saw niether in the legendary ending. It's not Onyx.

I'm assuming that Reach 2553 would literally look like glass

It's definitely not Reach either. Yeah it would look like glass and it would have no atmosphere and yet some people still think that it's Reach.
I can see why some people think it's Onyx but it is pretty unlikely.
