Th countdown said there was one day to network throttling yesterday, i watched the day rollover this morning and nothing happened, it just stayed at one day left for network throttling, so i think its just gonna stay at one forever.

so, it said:

1 day till network throttling and the timer was at 29 days...i sat and watched as the timer rolled to 28 days and the network throttling timer stayed at 1 day, so unless they are counting days by some alien clock, i think something is FUBAR

It is counting down to 607pm on Aug 24th.
But that doesn't mean that it will count days down at 607 everyday.

Bungie is on Pacific Standard, so for those on the east coast, check back at 3am.

And if it doesn't change then watch the timer tomorrow.

The time next to all my posts is Mountain Std. Time, is that the same as PDT with the time changes?

Yeah, the days have to change manually. Set your own computer clock to aug 24... the clock on the bottom will say 0, but the rest will stay the same.
