It measn that 128 mbs of onboard memory isn't sufficient to run the video. You shouldn't just use that benchmark if you are trying to find your performance peak. It may do things that you never do in games. Just because you get a low score doesn't mean you have a crap machine, infact that looks good.

I have a nvidia 6600GT with 128 megs of onboard memory. I get a 3787 on 3dmark05. My PCmark05 score is 3327. I also have my graphics card overclocked to 540mhz core and 1080mhz memory. It doesnt depend as much on memory size. If you want to improve your score raise your AGP appeture size. AGP appeture is the ammount of system RAM the graphics card can use when it runs out of onboard RAM. Also enable AGP fast write it allows the graphics card to communicate directly with the CPU. And make sure you have the latest drivers from your card manfacturer be it ATI or nvidia. Although those thing i just mentioned will only help if you have an AGP grahics card. And one thing dont raise your AGP bus frequency. At default speed it should be at 66mhz. If you raise it you can mess up your graphics card and your mobo and SATA controllers etc. O and the last 2 tests in 3dmark05 test your CPU and they usuaully never get above 3 fps.

my system specs
AMD Athlon XP 3200 overclocked to 2.4 GHz
Volcano 12 cooler
Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro 2 motherboard nforce2 chipset
One gig of DDR400 corsair XMS RAM dual channel
80 gig 7200 RPM SATA WD HDD with 8 MB cache
XFX nvidia 6600 GT @ 540mhz core and 1080mhz memory
Creative Audigy LS sound card
Thermaltake 420 watt PSU
Black Thermaltake Soprano case
Win XP pro
