Maybe this was mentioned before.

Has anyone else noticed in the end-cutscene on 343GS when he tells you he is ...bla bla bla, at the end you see the MC and GS in the same shot, but there's another floating blue light in the background? this could be just a marking light or so, but it seems there could be another monitor.

I kind of guessed it was something of a light or so, but why would it be so high up in a tree?

If it is another moniter, do you think they were thinking of Halo 2 then? Mabye there is another moniter in Halo 2.

I have no idea, im not even sure it's a monitor, but it very well could be, I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before. It would be quite interesting if this is the monitor of another installation.

Why in the world would another monitor be on that installation? What would this have to do with Halo 2? We all know that the monitor floats away unharmed after the destruction of Halo, and chances are that Guilty Spark will be in Halo 2. It is probably a just a normal light, like you see so many of in the game. They are usually blue anyway.

Im not saying what it is, I'm asking. I assume you looked at it before you posted, so why does it seem to be floating in the air or stuck in a tree. I gatherd that Sparky would be back in Halo2, by the fact that he had the last word in the end-cinematic. I too noticed the spot lights and some red beacon lights throughout the level, but nothing at tree level.

No, unless the fog reflects, there is no glass or something there.

Okay thats a reasonable explanation, to bad the mistake was made though, in such a great game.

Oh well. It's not that big of a deal. I am almost 100% positive that Guilty Spark will return, otherwise why would he have survived the destruction of the ring? He must play a role in Halo 2. Another ring world has been confirmed to show up in Halo 2, and maybe he will join forces with that Monitor to stop you and activate that ring.

I wonder what it would be like to se another monitor. Would he look the same? Talk the same? What if he were the opposite, like, gray and red or something. Or would he be a she? Wierd.

I have no doubt that GS will return - they wouldn't have that snippet at the end of him surviving if he wasn't going to. Why would Bungie keep him alive if he was going to do nothing?
