50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Try reinstalling halo 2, but go to custom options instead of hitting play when you insert the disc, and make it so it installs the game, then plays.

Also, if that doesnt work, then try posting at forums.gamesforwindows.com. The live team is there a lot and it isnt a big flamefest like on bungie.net.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

He means uninstall it, then pop in the disc and select "customize install". Use "full install only"

well i mean thats just the problem, i it wont event let me go to the install start up screen, i pop the disk in and the error just pops up.
