I play many PC games and Ill admit my GFX card is cheap but I can get shadows in all of my other games but in halo the shadow and specular(sp?) are faded out in haloPC so I cant touch them! Any help would be appreciated!

All we needed to know was the first line of the specs, Integrated Graphics *chokes back bile rising in throat*

You can try adding the -use ff switch to the command line to see if that helps. But your probably going to have to get a video card. There are guides to what cards you should get somewhere on these forums I think in one of the stickys.

Time to upgrade that card of yours. Shaded out means your card cant handle it period. In other words, your card doesnt even "know" what a shadow is.

Like Iggy said, look for a gfx crd guide.

or, just PM Sexy Legs Davis. He (she?) should be able to help you with choosing a good graphics card.

Easy killer! I just bought a whole system that plays Halo beautifully for $700 Even the mighty x850 card is $500 tops. On E-bay you can get a GeForce4 TI 4200 for $20 to $40 bucks. When I put this card in my old computer I discovered there was grass on Blood Gulch.
