I thought it was for some exclusive hand picked, butt kissers. No offense to butt kissers.

*looks over to Shai Hulud and MakaVeli4LIfe1*

Wow, I've seen some backless claims before, but I now realize I hadn't seen anything

The day I kiss any ass will be the day that...basically I haven't kiss assed ever; how could I when I'm spending most of my time dusting off ass kissers of my own?

*Stabs a stare at Banshee*

Now that really hurt. My last post that I made was a joke, Maka. No offence intended, my friend. I was only trying to break the ice between you and Shai.

I think we should just focus on getting b.net people to show up at fanfests. I think I was like one of the very few b.net regulars that showed up to the e3 fanfest. I had to make excuses like...my bungie community is too young. They couldn't make it. Their mothers wouldn't drive them.

Well except for mr.smiley and crew. But all you other guys suck.

No the price of an airplane ticket sucks. I say keep this event in the Uk or Netherlands.

It seems as if we have a dilemma. We can't agree on a location for the "Bungie.net Fest." My solution, have it in Montana. It's equally far from everybody, except for the guys in Europe. All in all, someone would have to pay for the trans-atlantic flight, and no one seems to be volunteering. On another note, is it just me, or has Banshee's spelling gotten remarkably poor of late?

Yeah, but who will host in Montana? I don't think anyone on B.net is willing to host a FanFest. I haven't noticed Banshee's spelling to have gotten worse.

Neither have I. Crimson, your eyes ok- because I could swear you need glasses. I run almost every post I write through Microsoft Word at least once.

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

<sighs>

How about the three of us (Maka, Barron, and I) stop acting like children (no offense), shake hands, and forget what was said in the past, hmmmm? I'm tired of this recent feud.

Now, back on-topic, I'd like to say this. I think the gathering should be held in Canada... somewhere towards the northern regions of it.... or maybe Greenland.

Some place cold.

Canada? BAH! I got put in jail when I got there.
Well ya most likely had it comin' to ya! Hell if you guys want a partay, or, gathering, your more then welcome to come to my house and we'll partay-it-up. Is that how the cool people say it? Ah, anyhow, we sure do need to get something going here. Some sort of, thing-a-ma-jig.

I was only trying to brake the ice between you and Shai.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't it be break the ice? From now on, if I see any more errors, I'll be sure to tell you. And if I'm wrong, I wouldn't mind any criticism myself.

Eh, heh. I have a slip-up or two every once in awhile, I'm only human you know. Just don't expect to see stuff like that very often.

And I'm fine with you telling me about my mistakes, but next time just PM me. ;-)

I'm trying to set up something like that called the AfterThanksGiveingHaloFest An event set up for XBL and XBC so you wont have to drive out of town or even your home so everyone can play. I am trying to recruit as many chapters for this event and get as many players. So far I've only posted this event for the following chapters
Hell's Satans
Legendary Centurions
Sniper Squadron

I am also trying to get other chapters to post this event. If you know of any chapters that might be intrested or you yourself might be intrested please let me know.

Not to beat a dead horse but I think we all can agree on one place that is within reach of everyone here. Cyberspace. That is the only place I can think that is acessible.

Doesn't that miss the point? We are already talking to each other in cyberspace - there's nothing special or memorable about it. I want to actually SEE my pasty faced bretheren.

Hey, it's even further for some of us to get there than goweb and JAF, remember.

You know, we've just finished building a world-class convention centre in Perth here. I reckon if we had it there, it'd be the biggest fanfest ever. Forget the Netherlands and the UK. FanFest 2005 will be down under!

And while we've been sorta on the topic, has anybody seen Spelling Whiz recently? The last time I saw him was about a week after the new hotness arrived.

Down under? haha you crazy Aussie! B.net fest between crocs and kangaroo's and koala's. no way that that's going to work.

I like the Australia idea. It'd give me time to see more of a country I have already seen! Besides, where there's crocodiles there's crocodile chowder. Mmmmm, croc chowder. The exchange rate is pretty good too, about 1 US dollar for every 1.43 Aussie dollars.

Or, if we're looking for desert locations, we could have it in Phoenix. Sky Harbor has a large capacity and recieves international flights (for GoWeb, JAF, and Reiginko). But there may be a connecting flight in Houston or Newark for the Euro types and a connection at LAX for the other non-US types. And the only time it's hot is when you go outside! I like that idea. It means all I have to do is drive downtown.

I know - alternate it between the US, UK and Australia every year. That way it's fair for everyone (even JAF - EasyJet is dirt cheap).

I think it should be in Missouri because that's like the center of the US. (Or like Chicago cause that's all the farther my dad would rtake me) And in the summer! Summer is good, no bad school getting in the way.

And everyone that went could wear little name tags with our user names!! That would be awesome!
