Now that there some sweet high-res shots of Reach characters, I thought I'd try drawing some and perhaps eventually use them as reference for a completely original piece.

For now, here's a drawing of Kat-320

Intel: *Direct copy from screenshot.
*The three lines on the back indicate the rifle.
*Drawing done in pencil then tweaked (well, made her look semi-human) in Photoshop.

Since there are pretty strict bumping rules, I'll just say thanks to anyone who fancies posting a comment; they are greatly appreciated.

I am not seeing an arm where the robot arm is supposed to be.

It might just be the way my eyes pick up on it but It just looks like a huge blur in that front left corner.

I also think the neck shouldnt be so short and fat.

Other than that though the details and everything look amazing and I know even though those two things I mentioned arent perfect I couldnt come close to this in terms of drawing.

So good job. You should try drawing one of the characters in some sort of action pose or like firing a gun

nice drawing

I couldn't find the hires images you were referring to, they are all pretty small. Any chance we could see some 1080p renders of this

"Find The Bomb?!
Find The Bomb?!
I'm Looking For The Flag!
What The Heck Is Assualt!?"

There are a few obvious problems, but it is good even though those problems are somewhat obvious.

Some of the lines in the head seem out of place or jagged, the head is strangely connected to the body and a bit big, and the arm looks odd.

Here's the shot I used (let me know if you need me to upload it somewhere else). I'm definitely seeing the problems you guys mentioned so I may go back and change that and edit my original post. The ability to spot these, as you say, pretty obvious issues whilst drawing is still something I have to seriously work on. Anyway, thank you very much for the feedback, guys.
