What do you guys think would have happened, had the Arbiter not defeated Sesa 'Refumee?

Halo 2 for Life!

I don't play halo2 for the plot. I play for the multilayer on-line action. I thought the plot for halo2 was much weaker then Halo 1 and Halo 3 had a much weaker plot/multilayer then halo2. Speak in simpler terms when you pose these questions next time like what if the head profit in halo 2 didn't die because i don't think most of us know who Refumee is.

He's the Heretic Leader from the first two Arbiter levels.

Sweet handle, OP. I never could really figure out what the Heretic thing was, except for a way of clipping off some troublesome plot points and giving the player a chance to acclimate to the Arbiter. Sesa is the coolest. If Arbiter hadn't killed him, I think things would've gone down much the same. Elites would listen to Elites over anyone else.
