You can put anything in front of that, I mean anything. You could put www.darkhellfiremadethissite.ilovebees.com and it would work.

Any of you guys stop to think that maybe it is you, being asswipes and such, causing the support folks to get pissed? Perhaps it is the fact that those of you idiots who want to sign on to scream -blam!-! at one of them that causes the rest of us to wait so goddamned long, before we try some minor psychological tactics?

Rather than saying "WEHEN WillLLLL It t3H BEEEZ?!" like the retards who think they're funny, I'm going to slowly gather information, find contradictory statements, not bring up ilovebees.com, and then eventually ask about it - see what they'll tell me. Maybe, if you weren't so focused on your horrible sense of humor, those of us that are trying to figure this out could do it.

EDIT: VII Toast? I'm sorry, your name was too strange to remember. My post currently serves the purpose of telling noanswer where to find the chat, shows what I'm going to do in the chat, shows my discern for what others are doing, and will soon be edited to show my success. It's exactly as useful as the most useful in this thread, and the one you've just made has nothing - just that you don't like the post.

You know that's funny, because I asked the same question 2 pages back; me and some other guy are having the same problem, the live chat option does not appear whatsoever. I was not going to ask about the ilovebees situation. I may slip in a question or two eventually. In fact I agree with you, if you try to create a nice atmosphere, sometimes you can get info; go through a little social engineering maybe.

But yeah, for some reason; the live chat option is not appearing.

Hm. After re-reading, I see.

If you can get in, then just follow this set of steps:

Go there, you should see a link to support for Live, Games, and Hardware. Make sure you enter Games.

Now, this is where your problem was before - between the Phone and Email is a spot that offers about Presale Support - it should have a link to interactive chat.

Yes, someone asked what type of browser you are using.. Make sure you're using Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or later.

The only reasons for a problem that are evident would be it's redirecting you to a UK link, or your browser.

So in short, make sure you're using IE, then try to get in through my lazy link, hopefully you'll see it, if you can't, then that really sucks. I have a feeling you'd be a help.

Yeah well see I looked in the source myself; yeah you have to have MSIE. I am a Mac user. So this brings up my own idea. Hold on one second, I'll turn on the masking thing in Safari. (it makes it fool the thing into thinking I am using MSIE)

I couldnt get it to work either as I live in the UK but I found a work-around.

In windows XP (dunno if this applies to other OSs) goto control panel > Regional and Language options. And change Standards and formats to English (United States) and location to United States.
