Then how did you get it? By going to Bungie? Or simply opening your internet browser?

If you are getting pop ups when "not online" you may have sites taking advantage of your windows messaging service, this can happen if you have your PC connected directly to the DSL or Cable modem with no Firewall or router with firewall between. You can do a google search for turning off the windows messageing service to get details on how to troubleshoot that. Windows messageing pop-ups look like a windows window, not a explorer window, and will require you to press the X or the ok button to close them. If the pop-ups happen while browsing and are in a IE window, you will need to
a} run mozilla as your browser (IE sucks)
b} download another spyware remover to double check what spybot has removed(note.. I hate spybot, it sucks) I recommend ad-aware 6.0, is free for personal use and they post updates every couple of days that can be downloaded before each scan. go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ to get it.

Odd you should bring spyware up- just yesterday I scanned my computer for it. I kid you not, I had two hundred some-odd spyware files.

Which one? mozilla or ad-aware?

Also, a really good spyware remover is called SpySweeper by web root,

you can get that at www.webroot.com
HOWEVER> if you want to get more than one update you have to pay a annual subscription rate.

I had my cousin run ad-aware on his pc(it was having some issues online) and it found 144 registry hacks, and a total of 190 foreign objects (including the registry hacks), cookies can be ad-ware, but reg hacks are worse.

I'm downloading ad-aware. It's been a couple hours now. I need someway to get the spyware blocker faster. I'm sick of this spyware crap. I might try spysweeper if ad-aware doesn't work out.

how fast is your internet? if you are on dial-up it would take a while, but only a few min on dsl or cable. If you are on dial-up stop doing other things on the net to save some bandwidth for the download. Also, you can stop a lot of spy/ad ware by changing your cookie settings to promt, and don't download stuff you did not intend to install. You can lookup how to's through google that will teach you how to be safe when browsing the net.
