what's the point of using the "refresh" button in the server list? It doesn't list any new servers that may have come up after you click "get list".

Actually yes it does, it lists server changes like who joined/quit, new servers/closed server, and changes within each server. But what's the difference between "Get List" and "Refresh"? They both do the exact same thing.

that's not what i'm saying. when i click "get list", it gets the list of servers that are online. let's say that 3 new servers started sometime after i clicked "get list". If i click "refresh", those 3 new servers do not appear.

Don't drink to excess– You might shoot at tax-collectors... and miss

I think "refresh" just updates servers already in the list, but "get list" starts from scratch so it ads new servers. They may have done this to try to save some load time, but there's not much difference between the two. Also, "refresh" will leave full servers in the list, (but show that they are full), even if you have your filters set to omit full servers, while hitting "get list" will get rid of them.
