Hey i can't crank up my resolution past 800 x 600 it seems

I can set it up to 1600x1800 and still see no difference. I am confident that my machine can handle atleast 1200x980 but when i set it up that high i see no difference then if it was set to 800 x 600

I have a Geforce4 ti 4400 with the latest drives off of nvidia's site and direct x 9b

I need help =P =( =D

What is your CPU speed? That could also effect the gameplay too. Its no use if you have a Radeon x800 on a 1.5 P4.

2.6 p4 but even with a low processor, i should atleast see a change in resolution. Even if it is laggy and stalls, shouldn't i see some increase. There is no difference between 800x600 and 1200x980 . Everything is still pixilated and big no matter what i set the resolution at.
